Greetings! As we begin 2024, I want to express my sincere thanks for your support. I am honored to partner with great businesses, nonprofits, and leaders.
As I look back on 2023, I feel grateful for a busy year with many fulfilling leadership development and strategy consulting projects. I have had opportunities to help companies in the following industries: construction/contracting, engineering, financial services, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, manufacturing, nonprofit, professional membership, and religious.
One of the highlights of the year was finding out in March that Evansville received a $30 million Promise Neighborhood federal grant. I spent a considerable amount of time in 2022 managing the grant application process and over twenty partner organizations. University of Evansville was the lead applicant, and it was an honor working with their team and many other educational and nonprofit leaders on this project. I look forward to seeing the positive impact this grant will have on the Evansville area.
Earlier this year, I released Tad Dickel’s Leadership and Strategy Podcast which can be found on all major podcast platforms. I interview business, nonprofit, and community leaders about their approach to leadership and their organization’s strategy for success. Over the summer summer, I contributed a chapter on strategic planning for the Purposeful Leadership anthology, and it is available on Amazon.com.
