The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) is a widely used inventory that helps people understand their own personality, how they view the world, and how they make decisions. When used in a team setting, the MBTI® can be an effective way of learning about yourself and how you relate to other members of a team. Teams work more collaboratively and communicate better when they understand and appreciate the similarities and differences of those around them. The MBTI® workshop is typically four hours in length. Most organizations have three to four different generations working side by side. Understanding generational differences and similarities helps organizations work productively and collaboratively. This training empowers organizations to more effectively work together by understanding the different experiences and viewpoints of each generation. Managers learn how to lead through the generational differences, and all employees learn the unique contributions of each generation. The workshop can be customized to address specific generational issues that are experienced within an organization.


Nonprofit boards play an extremely important role in the success of a nonprofit organization. Board members need to understand their roles and responsibilities that will enable the organization to thrive. Some of the topics include fundraising, board vs. staff responsibilities, setting a direction, and fiduciary oversight. This training can be customized to meet the unique needs of an organization and provides board and staff members opportunities for growth and discussion.
