Facilitator Certification
Organizations can build lasting problem-solving capacity by developing skilled facilitators internally. Through Basadur Simplexity Thinking training, participants learn a structured process for identifying problems and opportunities, generating and evaluating ideas, and moving solutions toward implementation. The training is hands-on and uses real work-related challenges so participants practice the process rather than simply learn it conceptually.
